What the role is

The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of our FutureBrand in Syracuse and Cincinnati offices. This position is responsible for supporting month-end close and overseeing Accounts Payable functions for the region. Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients, the analyst ensures accurate financial reporting, timely payments, and compliance with internal processes. As Financial Analyst at FutureBrand, you’ll:

• Leading and assisting in the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
• Supporting ETC (Estimate to Complete) calculations during close
• Setting up client contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) in Fiori/SAP systems
• Managing AMEX/Concur approval workflows and processing
• Maintaining client job records and supporting client job maintenance
• Preparing and distributing client project hours summaries
• Coordinating internal intercompany client reporting
• Creating purchase orders
• Managing Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
• Reviewing and processing corporate credit card expenses
• Handling vendor onboarding and setup in the Range Vendor system

What it requires

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a financial analysis or accounts payable role
• Experience with SAP, Fiori, Concur, or similar financial systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
