Help Keep Spending in Check as an Expense Analyst

We're seeking an Expense Analyst to support the auditing and processing of employee reimbursements within a shared services team. The Expense Analyst will play a critical role in disbursement tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all expense-related payments.

What You'll Do as an Expense Analyst :

As an Expense Analyst, you'll support end-to-end reimbursement processes, including :

Auditing and processing employee expense reports in alignment with corporate policy

Reviewing supporting documentation for completeness and compliance

Identifying duplicate or out-of-policy expenses and resolving issues proactively

Collaborating with employees and managers to ensure the timely disbursement of reimbursements

Maintaining accurate logs, performing reconciliation, and supporting audits

Utilizing Excel and ERP / expense tools (Workday, Concur, etc.) in a shared services environment

What You Bring as an Expense Analyst :

2+ years of experience as an Expense Analyst or in a related AP / finance support role

Working knowledge of disbursement processing and expense audit functions

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Shared services or healthcare experience highly preferred

Comfortable using Excel and navigating ERP / expense systems
