Basic computer proficiency; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods. Forklift experience or certification preferred (or willingness to train). Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn. Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments involving inventory. Duties include verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material and arranging for the transportation of products. May prepare items for shipment.

The right candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary
The Receiving Clerk plays a key role in ensuring that incoming materials and components are received accurately, processed efficiently, and entered correctly into the company’s NetSuite system. This position requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials, parts, and products according to company procedures.
- Verify shipments by checking purchase orders, packing lists, and part numbers.
- Accurately enter receiving data into NetSuite ERP system.
- Label and organize received inventory for proper storage or distribution to production areas.
- Inspect incoming items for accuracy, quality, and damage; report discrepancies as needed.
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment to move or unload shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
- Communicate effectively with purchasing, inventory, and production teams to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
