Job Title : Computer Quality Control (QC) Specialist

Location : Riverside

Pay : $17.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9AM-5 : 30PM

We are currently seeking a reliable candidate to join our team as a Computer Quality Control Specialist for one of our clients . In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring every computer leaving our repair center meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform detailed quality checks on repaired computer systems (hardware and software).
  • Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations from specs.
  • Conduct functional testing to ensure all components operate correctly.
  • Collaborate with technicians to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all QC findings and processes.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to help improve repair procedures.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware / software.
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
  • Good communication skills for working with the repair team.
  • Prior experience in QC or a technical repair environment preferred.
