What you will get to do :

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills lathes and Haas VF6) to produce parts to specification.
• Interpret technical drawings blueprints and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
• Select appropriate tools fixtures and materials for each job.
• Monitor machine operations adjust settings and perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers gauges).
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers to improve processes.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records of parts and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and shop protocols.
• Fabricate parts using saws grinders shears brakes and other shop tools.
• Assemble mechanical systems and automation equipment per engineering drawings and schematics.
• Operate forklifts overhead cranes and other material handling equipment safely.
• Collaborate with engineers technicians and electricians to ensure proper fit and function of assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills : Effectively collaborate with management and team members.
• Assist in training new team members on welding techniques and shop safety.
• Team Building : Foster mutual trust respect and cooperation among all team members.
