A company is looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer to develop scalable learning experiences for employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of various learning programs, including onboarding and product knowledge
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging eLearning content and training materials
Measure and improve learning programs based on feedback and business outcomes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
Proficiency in major authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and design methodologies
Experience in conducting learning needs analysis and managing multiple projects
Portfolio showcasing a range of instructional design work, including eLearning and facilitator-led content
