Key Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and implement levels that deliver strong gameplay loops and pacing

Collaborate with environment art, narrative, and systems design teams for cohesive worldbuilding

Optimize levels for performance, accessibility, and scalability across multiple platforms

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional level design experience in the game industry

Proven track record of shipping at least one title as a level designer

Understanding of encounter design, pacing, and environmental storytelling

Proficiency with modern game engines and level design tools such as Unreal or Unity

Familiarity with gameplay scripting and event systems
