Financial Planning Manager

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Administer Oracle EPM planning application and oversee the planning calendar and operational processes

Drive annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and monthly reporting, including variance analysis

Provide financial analytics and support for the Clinical Solutions business unit and lead the sales incentive process

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred

7+ years of experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role

Strong leadership skills and experience with Oracle EPM / Enterprise Planning

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and database / OLAP

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
