Occupational Therapist - 1 on 1 Outpatient Ortho

Highlights:
Non-profit, outpatient orthopedics
Adult + Peds, 1-on-1 treatments
Neuro focused with heavy stroke and TBI
Hospital paid loan repayment
Dedicated mentoring with 6 month training program

Compensation:
$75,000 - $115,000 base salary
+ $250/mo loan forgiveness
+ $5,000 sign on bonus
+ 401k w/ match
+ Full benefits
+ Paid CEUs

Responsibilities:
10 patients per day
1-on-1 treatment with 75% productivity
30-60 minute sessions, at occupational therapists discretion
70% adult + 30% young pediatrics including NICU
Post-IPR, Parkinson, stroke, general wellness
Developmental delays, Autism, feeding, sensory, Downs, Torticollis

Shift:
Monday - Friday
Day shift
No weekends!
No holidays!

Requirements:
Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist
Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
New graduate Occupational Therapists invited to apply
Great attitude with strong interest in working on a large team
A drive to grow into specialty work is a plus
