Operations Analyst

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Operations Analyst.

Position type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Salt Lake City Utah
Onsite: 5 Days onsite

Asan Operations Analyst you will:

• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and an ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Understand when to post and share information appropriately to managers.
• Manage communications professionally and timely and resolve differences.
• Navigate systems to perform day-to-day tasks and resolve exceptions.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to deliver accurate and timely work in a time pressured environment.
• Possess superior organization skills.
• Interest in learning about the many markets and products across the globe that are supported by Listed Derivatives.
• Identify client needs and appropriately manage client and business partner expectations in a timely manner.
• Work to understand the foundations of great client experience and leverage available internal tools.
• Establish, cultivate and leverage relationships to resolve trade exceptions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Pay strong attention to detail and develop awareness of reputational risk and accountability.
• Articulate operational and risk impacts related to a specific task or procedure.
• Maintain awareness of and act in accordance with team goals and firm policies.
• Works towards challenging goals and persists in the face of obstacles.

• Ability to work within a high-risk environment and meet challenging deadlines and targets.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range $20 - $23 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
