This position is responsible for greeting guests and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department. This person must be on-site daily from 8am-5pm. Previous receptionist, customer service, or call center skills appreciated but not required.

Specific Duties

• Welcome all visitors / employees and maintain check-in sheet.
• Answer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard and forward as determined.
• Perform general administrative tasks to include : daily mail duties, data entry, typing memos and correspondence.
• Serve as an assistant for a variety of office functions as time allows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

The expected pay range for this role is $17.00-$22.00 / hr. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, labor markets, education, experience, certifications, etc. Johnson Brothers offers eligible team members and their dependents comprehensive health benefits and programs, which include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts.
