Full Time Physical Therapist

Location : Wesley Chapel, FL

Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic ortho team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine therapy needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessments.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Previous experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification
