Rehab Program Manager - PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) - Full Time

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Briarwood at Knollwood Nursing Center in Worcester, MA is seeking its next employee-owner.

This role is for a PTA / Physical Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy Assisant / PTA.
• Hold a valid state license.
• At least 1 year of previous managerial experience required - DOR, Assistant DOR or Team Lead
• At least 2 years of acute care, long-term care and / or rehabilitation experience
• Nethealth Experience
