Overview

We currently have an opportunity for a senior-level Program Manager / Senior Hydrogeologist to join our growing Engineering, Construction and Remediation Practice in Ann Arbor or Grand Rapids, MI. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, team-oriented individual looking for career growth and have 15-25 years of remediation and environmental problem solving-related experience. TRC’s Michigan offices offer a vibrant, dynamic, solution-driven and fast-paced work environment with access to a broad spectrum of professional experiences in an office that thrives on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence and efficiency in writing, communication, data analysis, professional judgment, and knowledge of scientific principles.
• Identify and solve problems independently.
• Understand our client’s objectives and apply those objectives to developing practical, solution-driven remedial strategies.
• Interface with clients and work with account leads in recognizing and securing new business leads.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
• Mentor and coach junior staff.
• Demonstrate strong quality assurance / quality control skills to perform technical, style and consistency reviews.
• Manage time effectively and balance multiple fast-paced projects.
• Possess subject area expertise.
• Understand standards, regulations, and guidance that apply to environmental due diligence.
• Prioritize safety and have working knowledge of industry health and safety practices.
• Work collaboratively and cooperatively across service lines.

Benefits

Compensation : In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation :  Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
