Compensation: Our targeted pay range for this role is $23 - $33 per hour determined by the school year completed prior to starting the assignment.

We are seeking summer interns to join our highcaliber broadreaching Corporate Affairs organization. Ideal candidates are passionate about and have experience or interest in one or more of the following areas: sustainability community relations philanthropy government relations and/or public policy.
Successful candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills enjoy working in dynamic teams and can manage multiple priorities. You are comfortable tackling complex projects with many moving parts as well as executing routine tasks with precision. Interns must be responsible reliable and detailoriented with a collaborative cando attitude. An interest in forestry or the forest products industry is a plus.
The Corporate Affairs organization supports all three of our business lines: Timberlands Wood Products and Strategic Land Solutions. We implement the companywide sustainability strategy communicate our performance to internal and external stakeholders oversee the companys Giving Fund and other philanthropic programs participate in public policy and manage environmental compliance and health and safety programs.
These are threemonth fulltime internships based in our Seattle WA headquarters. Start and end dates and internship duration may be flexible to accommodate academic schedules. The intern will report to a Senior Sustainability Program Manager and depending on project focus will work closely with leaders and team members across the Corporate Affairs organization.
