A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to enhance customer retention and identify revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the renewals process in collaboration with the customer success team to enhance customer contracts and relationships
Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and ensure timely commitments
Prepare renewal quotes and develop strategies for maximizing revenue retention and identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Renewals, Procurement, or 4+ years in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience with Salesforce; Outreach experience is a plus
Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals
Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Strong decision-making skills aligned with the strategic direction of the organization
