A company is looking for an Ops Processing Specialist (Escalations).
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients and advisors with inquiries and escalations related to financial services
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to meet client needs
Evaluate and resolve escalated cases using research skills and alternative approaches
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Retirement Services processing team or Client Care Center
Experience with VSystem, AWD, Agilenet, SAP, and Lotus Notes databases
Ability to prioritize and manage caseload effectively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
