Summary of position :
To be the first point of access to all Repocast, Orbitbid, Rangerbid and SSL customers.To be friendly, patient, accurate, and fast in taking all payment forms from customers. To collect, correct and verify that all titled vehicles, motor homes, watercrafts, trailers, etc. are present and available before the auction. To process title transfers as well as handle any problems with titles and to keep accurate records of all titles. To be clear and respectful when informing customers about company policies. To kindly direct customers in next step in pick up process. This position does require some Saturday work from 8 : 45 a.m. 1 : 00 p.m.
Schedule :
Monday - 8 : 45 AM - 4 : 15 PM
Tuesday - 8 : 45 AM - 4 : 15 PM
Wednesday - 8 : 45 AM - 4 : 15 PM
Thursday - 11 : 45 AM - 8 : 15 PM
Friday - 8 : 45 AM - 4 : 15 PM
Rotating Saturdays - 8 : 45 AM - 1PM

Typical Cashier Duties
Typical Check In Duties
Typical Title Based Duties
Completing title preparation for each Repocast auction
Verify that every item in auction that needs a title has one
Move items if titles are not received
Know Title and Lien Release procedures
Type RD-180s / TR-11s / WR-11s accurately and complete title transfer process
Look up Secretary of State Website and Vin #s when needed
Print titled vehicle report for auction
Correspond with AFC / DSC / Other floor plan institutes regarding dealer titles and securing titles
Update Police Book
Troubleshoot issues with titles TR-54 Inspections, Secretary of State Returns, etc
Other duties as requested by manager
Perform necessary functions in QuickBooks
