A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting and reconciliation processes for capitalized software and leases in compliance with ASC 350-40 and ASC 842

Prepare and post journal entries related to software capitalization and lease activities

Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree with CPA or equivalent

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 or large regional public accounting

Strong understanding of US GAAP

Proficiency in Excel

Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls is preferred
