DCH Honda of Oxnard is looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Experienced Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. If you're passionate about helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record in automotive sales, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle buying process
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Honda vehicles
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, inventory, and promotions
• Follow up with leads, maintain CRM notes, and provide exceptional customer service

The Estimated Monthly Earnings Range for this position is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00.
