What You Will Do:

• Leverage your sales experience to deliver a premium buying experience
• Showcase Audi's performance, technology, and design to potential buyers
• Maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay informed on Audi's latest models, features, and incentives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven success in sales (luxury brand experience a plus)
• Strong ability to build rapport, follow up, and close deals
• Deep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to delivery
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $48,200.00 to $158,700.00, which includes commissions on individual sales gross and bonus opportunities such as manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
