The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify behavioral issues and develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor verbal behavior (VB) and applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care and support.Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members involved in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in a digital platform of patient progress.
