What You’ll Do :

Lead with purpose — guide the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility while ensuring top-quality care and services.

What You’ll Bring :

A valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license (NHA) in Texas.

A Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of proven success in a leadership role within a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operational best practices.
