Summary

We are seeking a passionate full time lead qualified teacher to join our fun, easy going, flexible, and energetic group of dedicated teachers that we currently have. Ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 12 credits in ECE and 3000 hours of experience in a licensed child care program, public or private elementary school, or 18 credits with 1000 hours of experience in one of the previously mentioned settings.

Candidates with a minimum of 1000 hours of experience working in a licensed child care center and willingness to take a free training program to become associate qualified will also be strongly considered.

Candidates must be available 8 : 30 - 5 : 30 Monday through Friday, though the shift might be earlier depending on center needs.

Classroom : Preschool - Three Year Olds

The right candidate for us is a teacher that is able to work well with others, has a positive attitude, and an ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate activities. This is a Co-Lead position with a classroom capacity of 14 children and 2 teachers.

Duties

As a lead teacher, candidates will be responsible for the supervision and general care needs of the children in their classroom. Teachers have the flexibility to use their own creativity to create lesson plans based on pre-selected school wide themes and are provided a monthly budget for materials. We offer paid planning time and professional development assistance.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have experience working in a licensed child care center and knowledge of child growth and development and NH Child Care Licensing rules and regulations. Minimum of 12 credits in ECE or related field required.

Nice To Haves

Associates degree in ECE or a related field preferred but not required.
