Construction Project Manager with Electrical Expertise

National Power is seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager with a strong background in construction and electrical expertise. This role will lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion ensuring coordination across multiple trades and delivering quality results on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with architects engineers subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate communication and address project needs. Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from ground-up development through final completion
• Supervise and coordinate with various trades including mechanical fire protection concrete and others to ensure seamless project execution
• Oversee the work of the Electrical Contractor ensuring all electrical scope is completed to specification on time and in compliance with safety and code requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress resolve issues and maintain project timelines
• Manage project budgets schedules and resources efficiently
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide leadership direction and mentorship to superintendents and site personnel
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time within budget and to the highest quality standards

The role involves working outdoors on construction sites and elevated structures which may expose the Project Manager to varying weather conditions including extreme heat cold rain and wind.
