Staff Accountant.

Overview of the Staff Accountant Role :

As a

Staff Accountant , you will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting team. Your primary responsibilities will include :

Accurately process daily financial transactions and manage the posting process.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, including the timely processing of invoices and payments.

Create month end / quarterly statements and reports.

Ensure ledgers are balanced and reconciled on a regular basis.

Help with budget preparation and monitor expenses in relation to budgeted amounts.

Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant :

Demonstrated experience as a Staff Accountant, with practical knowledge of Yardi.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Systems : Yardi, excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Solid organizational and time management abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
