The Coding Supervisor serves as a working supervisor with oversight and management of Risk Adjustment team members. This includes monitoring production and quality of employees' work, process improvements and clear communication of expectations. This position supports and coaches front line talent to ensure the highest level of service to clients and ultimately the patient lives we impact. You will :

• Supervise day-to-day team performance, conduct 1 : 1's and performance assessments.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving time sheets and time off requests.
• Receive, merge and track quality, productivity, and feedback for all team members.
• Provide a summary of productivity findings on a daily basis, including education on time management and best coding practices.
• Provide coaching and feedback on achieving production and quality standards of the role.
• Report trends for education opportunities to management for review and / or action.
• Motivate team members through effective training, supplemental materials and coaching to improve quality and production.
• Apply guidelines and concepts as indicated.
• Serve as resource and subject matter expert to staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is : $65,000$84,000 USD.
