As a local, family owned franchise, Hot Chicken Idaho, LLC is excited to bring this extremely successful concept from Los Angeles to the Treasure Valley. After the highly successful launch of our Eagle Road, Meridian location, we are pleased to announce the opening of our Nampa, ID location at 16365 North Marketplace Blvd. At Dave's we are committed to offering higher starting wages, great benefits, and opportunities to grow. Job Description:
- The Shift Leader is a Full Time employee responsible and accountable for working closely with the management team to ensure that Team Members are performing specific tasks and duties assigned within the Restaurant including Guest Service, Food prep, Restaurant Cleanliness, and Teamwork.
- MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY, including ability to close and work weekends INCLUDING SUNDAY when needed.
- Must have previous experience as a restaurant shift leader or restaurant manager.
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must have reliable transportation to work and a telephone or other reliable method of communicating.
- Shift Leaders may be required to submit to a background check.
All Shift Leaders will receive:
- $16.50/hour + pooled tips.
- Uniform and 30% discount on Skecher's non-slip shoes
- Free meals when you're working and 50% discount when you're not
- 50% subsidy towards Employee Health Insurance and Two Weeks Paid TIme Off.
