Municipality Software Consultant

A company is looking for a Municipality Software Consultant - Utility Billing & Property Tax Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the implementation and configuration of municipal software systems for utility billing and property tax

Collaborate with municipal departments to analyze business processes and recommend best practices

Develop and deliver training for municipal staff and provide ongoing support and documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience implementing municipal or public sector financial systems

Strong understanding of utility rate structures and property tax workflows

Experience with data migration and system configuration tools

Familiarity with local government operations and regulations
