Requirements : The Opportunity

The Temporary Intake & Referral Specialist at Metrocrest Services is the first point of contact for clients and the community, making this role critical to representing the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of Metrocrest Services. The chosen I & R Specialist will assist with incoming telephone inquiries, voicemails, and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule Commitment

The Intake & Referral Specialist works 40 hours per week, with occasional evening hours. Additionally, this position works one (1) Saturday from 9 : 00am - 1 : 00pm on a rotating basis. Contract term : Date of hire through January 31, 2026. This position requires punctuality and dependability in attendance to meet the needs of our clients and the agency.

Pay Range

This opportunity is non-exempt with an hourly rate of $23.46
