    • Your Role as a Caregiver

  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care.
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
  • Provide personal care services, which include assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence management.

    • Caregiver Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or credentials as a CNA, HHA, LVN / LPN, or RN.
  • Ability and willingness to commit to at least two shifts weekly with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care and build strong relationships.
  • Basic proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Complete any required compliance, licensing, or registration prerequisites.
