Warehouse Manager (Cleveland)

A growing organization in the manufacturing space is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, elevate team performance, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse activities while supporting ongoing innovation and process optimization.

What Youll Do

• Oversee warehouse operations, including team leadership, workflow coordination, and training to ensure high efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Establish and manage operational goals, monitor key performance metrics, and use data insights to improve overall performance.
• Shape and refine warehouse processes involving product handling, storage, equipment utilization, inventory accuracy, and rotation practices.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) productivity, track downtime, and support reduction initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on technology upgrades, operational innovation, and implementation of new tools or systems.
• Design or improve warehouse layouts based on product flow, equipment needs, and operational efficiencies.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce waste, lower costs, streamline workflows, and enhance overall productivity.
• Manage departmental budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
