Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and develop tailored therapy strategies to support their path to functional independence
• Implement Therapeutic Services : Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Partner with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with occupational, physical, and speech therapists as well as medical professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Guide patients and their families in techniques that promote continued progress beyond the clinic
• Monitor Progress & Adapt Interventions : Keep track of patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery trajectories
