You'll collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and safety teams, while mentoring other designers and driving design excellence across multiple workstreams. Basic qualifications

• Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• 5+ years of practical experience in UX design with an emphasis on content discovery and / or content engagement experiences.
• Demonstrated interaction design and visual craft skills including experience with prototyping mobile experiences
• An aesthetic sense and the ability to make confident decisions
• Demonstrated empathy for the people using your software or products
• Expertise with Figma
• 5+ years of design experience
• 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience
• Have an available online portfolio
• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on the number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
