Main Purpose

As an Operations Manager with Aaron Oil, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations on your shift. You will oversee production, personnel, and processes.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that inventory is processed in the appropriate manner based on process code, inbound profile, and analysis information
• Communicate problems / issues to appropriate departments, including the lab, receiving, and maintenance
• Ensure that all regulations and internal health and safety policies are followed by production personnel
• Individual will also be responsible for ensuring that all production areas are in compliance with Part B, RCRA permit
• Ensure that area equipment is maintained and operational
