- Dates of coverage needed : UPDATED - ASAP - Oct 4 with possible ongoing extension
- Schedule : FT Monday Friday; 8a - 5p
- Scope of Practice : Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Experience : 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification : Board Certified, CA State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification preferred
