About the Role

We are hiring a high-performing Sr. Analyst / Associate to join the Office of the CEO reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. This role sits at the center of the companys decision-making engine.

You will combine structured project management with rigorous KPI and data analysis to keep the organization aligned accountable and executing at a high level. Youll support CEO and Chief of Staff initiatives build performance reporting coordinate cross-functional workstreams and help ensure critical priorities move forward with clarity and speed.

This is the ideal role for someone who is analytical detail-oriented organized and motivated by the challenge of helping a high-growth company operate with discipline.

What Youll Do

KPI Tracking Analysis & Performance Insights

• Build and maintain dashboards models and reporting that highlight business performance and emerging trends.
• Analyze core metrics to identify inflections risks and opportunities then translate findings into clear insights for the CEO and Chief of Staff
• Partner with analytics and operational leaders to ensure reporting is accurate consistent and reflective of the companys priorities
• Contribute to monthly / quarterly reviews CEO summaries and data-driven narrative updates

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $91000 and $134000 per year at the commencement of addition to base compensation this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range including potential bonus will be between $100000 and $147000 per year. Please note pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location experience expertise internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations. Further cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
