The majority of enterprise data—financial statements, health records, invoices, and more—are locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, enabling products, training, and automation at scale. We’ve grown quickly, expanding revenue 7x year over year, and work with hundreds of companies ranging from leading AI teams to large enterprises.

We’ve raised over $100M from world‑class investors and are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help us train and deploy the models critical to our core product.

We Would Love To Meet You If You

You have a high bar for quality and ship fast, with high agency.

You have 2+ years of experience training, fine‑tuning, and evaluating ML models in production.

You’re exceptional at Python and well‑versed with traditional computer vision and VLMs.

You can build tools as needed, such as a quick Streamlit app to test hypotheses or create a dataset.

You take a quantitative approach, debug, experiment, and iterate fast, and are comfortable with the full development lifecycle.

The Core Work Will Include

Training and deploying state‑of‑the‑art models for parsing and interpreting unstructured data.

Experimenting with novel techniques to improve LLM accuracy.

Building data pipelines, evaluating model performance, and integrating models into the product.

Working directly with founders and customers to shape product direction and engineering strategy.

Bonus Points If You

Have prior experience founding a company or building products at early stages.

Are ambitious and driven, and care about doing great work with great people.

Keep up with the latest developments in ML / AI.
