    What You'll Do

    Tax Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead preparation and review of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services for individuals and businesses
  • Research and resolve complex tax issues with well-documented positions and memos
  • Oversee sales tax compliance and reporting

    • Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive communication
  • Deliver tailored solutions that address client concerns and goals
  • Represent the firm with professionalism and strategic insight

    • Team Development & Mentorship

  • Guide and mentor junior staff, interns, and accountants
  • Provide technical support and foster professional growth across the team
  • Promote a collaborative, positive work culture

    • Operational Excellence

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Leverage tax software (CCH, Thomson Reuters) to optimize workflows
  • Maintain accurate time and project records

    • Business Development

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and support proposal development
  • Participate in networking and client acquisition efforts
