Maintenance Assistant
The Maintenance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care.
USD $15.00 - USD $18.00 / Hr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Director with the overall safety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements at all times
- Take part in painting, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D requiredKnowledgeable on various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems required, HVAC certification a plusKnowledge of safety regulations requiredReliable source of transportation and valid driver's license requiredMaintenance experience preferred; especially in a healthcare facilityAll of our employees are valued and receive a competitive wage; full time team members are also offered a comprehensive benefit package which includes :
