We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to join Iambic Therapeutics as our first in-house recruiting hire. This role requires strong initiative, adaptability, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced, growing AI-driven Life Sciences company. They will lead full life cycle recruiting efforts across all departments, create and refine effective hiring processes, and play a key role in scaling the organization as we continue to grow. This job is based in our San Diego Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruiting end-to-end : posting roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and closing
• Build and execute Iambic's recruiting strategy across Software, AI / ML, Chemistry, Biology and Clinical roles
• Serve as a strategic partner for leaders and hiring managers regarding recruiting plans and practices that support the goals of the organization
• Manage and improve a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what's working well and areas to improve
• Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in a competitive market with highly sought after roles
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to its fullest extent, maintaining all pertinent application information and ensuring data integrity
