$30-$60 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for Clinical Liaison:

• Maintain excellent working relationships with medical professionals and other health related facilities and organizations.
• Promote Company philosophy, mission, and objectives within and outside the hospitals.
• Attend and participate in facility meetings, calls and in-services.
• Always demonstrate honesty and integrity in the care and the use of patient and hospital property.
• Ensure referral tracking logs are current.
• Ensure End of day reports are sent to all Department Heads daily and in a timely manner.

Qualifications of Clinical Liaison:

• Must have a valid driver's license since traveling is a necessity
• RN/LPN/LSW preferred
• Associate's degree in an appropriate field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be willing to work with multiple residents at once
