ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

Im a proud graduate of Western Michigan University, a passionate golf enthusiast, and a huge fan of college basketball, football, and the NFL. Outside of work, I stay active in the community as a youth football coach, which fuels my love for teamwork, leadership, and mentoring.

Ive been with State Farm for 26 years and opened my own agency in 2015. Since then, weve built a laid-back, family-friendly office where flexibility and work-life balance are a priority. One of our most beloved team members is Izzy, my four-year-old golden doodle, who comes to work every day and brings plenty of joy and energy to the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dave Smith - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in customer service preferred.
