Position Summary : The Business Analyst will report to the Business Analyst Manager and work with a team of analysts in delivering data-driven insights and business solutions. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technology, driving operational efficiency, and supporting key decision-making processes. The Business Analyst will possess a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and visuals using PowerBI.

Essential Skills and Abilities :

• Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data using SQL Server databases or Snowflake and using SQL queries to identify and solve problems.
• A quick learner with a strategic mindset and proven ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced technical proficiency, skilled in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and perform complex data analysis.
• Data visualization & reporting abilities, including experience in building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, translating data into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Ability to work with various business systems and tools, with a strong understanding of how data supports strategic decision-making.
