Cross-Functional Leadership : Coordinate across Data, IT, Marketing, Insights, and Omnichannel workstreams. Meeting Facilitation : Lead program meetings, create agendas, track decisions, and ensure accountability. Program Execution : Maintain the roadmap, ensure workstream alignment, manage dependencies. Communication & Change Management : Deliver clear updates, support adoption of new operating models. 7 years of program or project management experience, preferably in pharma / biotech. Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influencing skills. Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through. Comfort working with data, analytics, AI / ML or omnichannel programs.
