The vision is simple - we are going to equip some of the most talented sales professionals in the state of Kansas with the knowledge, support, resources, and tools required to be in the industry’s top 1% both in sales & earning ($360,000+ Earning Potential).
Who We’re Looking For
We invite driven and competitive Sales Professionals with 1+ year of sales or customer service experience to apply for our team. You should be comfortable working on roofs, self generating closing opportunities, be focused and coachable.
Industry knowledge & experience is a benefit but not required.
About The Role
Daily tasks would include :
This is a W2 position with a draw against future commission structure, with one of the highest paying W2 compensation plans in the market.
Experienced industry reps will be required to verify sales numbers.
