Required Qualifications
10-15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, or regulated B2B environments
Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives
Experience managing cybersecurity and compliance frameworks
Strong financial acumen and experience in performance-driven environments
