Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. As a Staff Accountant II, you will play a crucial role in managing our daily financial operations. You'll be a key contributor to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, helping to drive smarter business decisions through your analytical skills. Key responsibilities include :

• Manage daily general ledger operations, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, using your strong analytical skills to find solutions
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their operations and how they impact financial reporting. Your insights will help us make smarter business decisions
• Perform financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and help drive continuous improvement across the company
• Play a critical role in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the evolution of our accounting systems

Compensation : $63,150.00 / Year - $90,000.00 / Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
