Your Role as a Maintenance Technician :

  • Key Responsibilities : Support the maintenance and repair of the manufacturing equipment and building. Adhere to maintenance SOPs, ensuring optimal equipment function. Follow all safety protocols and procedures including Lockout / Tagout. Support the preventative maintenance program. Work independently and part of a team. Communicate with maintenance and operations personnel.
  • Skills Required : Electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding.
  • Qualifications : High school diploma (or equivalent); 3+ years in industrial maintenance.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Frequent lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, twisting, climbing, and standing.

    • Work Environment :

  • Primarily in a bakery manufacturing setting, including refrigerated or frozen areas.
