About the Job :

Natural Foods Inc. is looking is seeking a person to fulfill daily duties within the office. This person is a highly motivated, self-starter responsible for completing daily office operations to ensure that customer expectations are fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Multiple positions are open, both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities :

  • Data Entry - Billing & Order Entry.
  • Arranging Pick Tickets for the Warehouse.
  • Customer service by phone using proper etiquette.
  • Understanding and Navigating through the company website and software.
  • Communicating with customers in regard to current / open orders.
  • Performing clerical office duties.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Courteous and responsive to customer needs.
  • Self-motivated / Takes initiative.
  • Professional manner.

    • Benefits :

  • Starting pay at 14.67+ / hr.
  • 35+ hours / week.
  • Accepting Full-time and / or Part-time candidates
  • Stable schedule.
  • Scheduling Between 8 am - 5 pm.
