  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of National Strategic Accounts to join its commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the acquisition, maintenance, and expansion of relationships with various large healthcare entities, including Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), national Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and other strategic partners. This role demands a professional with a strong background in sales, particularly in the medical or healthcare industry, and a proven track record in national account management. Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business, developing and executing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales forecasting and performance goals for strategic accounts. The role also involves cultivating and maintaining corporate relationships, delivering proposals, and taking a leadership role in the contract development process. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position at the company should have a BS / BA degree and extensive experience in sales and sales management, with a focus on national account management. The ideal candidate will have a high level of ability to build relationships with C-suite decision-makers, a thorough understanding of GPOs and IDNs, and a demonstrated ability to articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of medical solutions. Excellent communication skills, the ability to travel extensively, and a strong background in industry legal and compliance knowledge are essential. The role requires a professional who can work collaboratively with internal teams, provide market feedback, and ensure that customer relationships are built on trust and professionalism.
